Creative Designer

We are looking for a Creative Designer who can transform ideas into compelling visual concepts that inspire clients and guide execution. This role goes beyond creating beautiful graphics—you'll develop production-ready artwork, technical layouts, and presentation materials that bring some of the country's biggest brands to life. Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual designs for experiential activations, exhibits, retail fit-outs, events, and signage
• Produce presentation materials, mock-ups, and high-quality renderings for client pitches
• Create production-ready artwork with accurate dimensions, specifications, and file formats
• Prepare technical layouts that support fabrication and production teams
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management, Estimation, and Production throughout project execution
• Revise and refine designs based on client feedback and operational

requirements

• Ensure artwork is practical, buildable, and aligned with production capabilities
• Maintain organized project files, design assets, and version control
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and production techniques
• Help maintain Spacey's creative quality standards across every project
• About you1–3 years of experience in graphic design, creative design, technical design, or related work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience with 3D visualization or rendering software is a strong advantage
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, layout skills, and production-ready artwork
• Excellent attention to detail and design accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for creating work that is both creative and executable
