About the role
Content Standards & Curation Assistant to review, evaluate, and approve short-form drama content for Filipino audiences. The role focuses on content quality, cultural relevance, language localization, and compliance with MTRCB and platform standards. Key responsibilities
- Review and approve/reject acquired and commissioned content
- Screen supplier libraries and recommend suitable titles
- Check scripts, dubbing, and localization for natural Filipino/TaglishEnsure content meets MTRCB and platform guidelines
- Conduct audience testing and provide recommendations
- Maintain content standards and escalate content risks
About you
- Native Tagalog/Taglish speaker with strong English5+ years of experience in Philippine TV, film, streaming, or content production
- Strong content judgment and knowledge of Filipino audiences
- Experience in content review, standards, acquisition, or editorial preferred
- Background in script editing, localization, dubbing, or audience research a plus
