Digital Associate (Social Media)

Job Summary: The Digital Associate plays a key role in enhancing the company’s online presence and brand visibility through strategic social media management. This role involves planning, creating, and executing digital campaigns, managing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with online communities to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management : Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.), and schedule and publish content using social media management tools. Content Creation & Coordination : Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality digital content. Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms. Community Engagement : Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster online community growth and engagement. Analytics & Reporting : Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions). Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Campaign Support : Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns including paid ads. Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, promotions, and events. Trend Monitoring : Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activities. Recommend innovative approaches to enhance digital presence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or any related field. Proven experience in managing social media platforms and digital campaigns. Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising is a definite plus. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team. Fresh grads are welcome to apply!
