We need a Senior UI/UX Designer who can own product areas end-to-end, from research to shipped pixels.

About Us

Leapfroggr builds Serious

MD (the EMR platform Filipino doctors trust) and NowServing (connecting patients to providers nationwide). Our products handle real medical records, real appointments, real patient care.

We're a small team by design. No layers, no approvals queue, no "let's circle back." You'll work directly with our Design Lead, engineers, and founders. What you design this week can ship next week.

What You'll Actually Do

• Own UI/UX design for entire product areas across web, iOS, and Android.
• Take features from user research through wireframes through polished UI through shipped product.
• Build and extend our design system — we care about consistency at scale.
• Collaborate daily with engineering to make sure what ships matches what you designed.
• Run usability tests with real doctors and patients, then iterate based on what you learn.
• Present your work, defend your decisions, and stay open when you're wrong.

How to Apply

Send your portfolio showing your process, not just final screens. Tell us which of our products (Serious

MD or NowServing) you'd want to work on first, and why.

• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI/UX design work for web and mobile applications. Include a link when you apply.
• At least 5 years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong knowledge of visual design principles (layout, typography, color theory) and UX fundamentals (research, wireframing, prototyping).
• Proficiency in Figma (or Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS — enough to design interfaces that can actually be built.
• Comfortable with user research, usability testing, and iterating based on feedback.
• Strong communication skills — you can present and defend your design decisions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Visual Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Healthcare or high-trust product experience is a plus.
