Location: Ortigas, Pasig, PHWork Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PH Time (Hybrid | 3x Onsite, 2x WFH)Job Details

The Application Developer is responsible for developing, enhancing and supporting business applications, integrations and automation solutions. Working closely with senior developers and business stakeholders, the role will troubleshoot application issues, resolve defects and deliver smaller development initiatives. The position will also help transform successful pilots from AI Working Group into secure, supportable and scalable business solutions using technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. Job Responsibilities

Development and delivery

Develop, configure, test and maintain applications, integrations and automation solutions. Deliver smaller enhancements independently and support senior developers on larger projects. Build workflows and solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps and Copilot Studio. Contribute to requirements analysis, solution design and peer reviews. Support and quality

Investigate and resolve defects, integration failures and production issues. Complete developer testing and support functional and user acceptance testing. Monitor deployed solutions and respond to incidents and performance issues. Prepare technical documentation, support procedures and release

s.AI, automation and governance

Assess AI and automation proof-of-concepts and shape production-ready approaches. Scale AI Working Group pilots into secure, reliable and supportable solutions. Optimise Copilot and Power Platform solutions for cost, token use and performance. Apply security-by-design and follow development, security, data governance and change standards. Establish reusable patterns, standards and best practice for AI-enabled solutions. Collaboration and improvement

Work with internal stakeholders, vendors and technology partners as required. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work and improve outcomes. Required Qualifications

Key Skills and Experience

Experience developing, supporting, or integrating business applications in a commercial environment. Strong technical troubleshooting, defect investigation, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of software development principles, testing, release management, and deployment practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate. Experience with REST APIs, JSON, SQL, relational databases, and cloud-based applications. Familiarity with source control, development environments, security, privacy, and access management. Strong documentation and communication skills for both technical and business audiences. Working Style

Able to work independently on routine assignments and collaborate with senior developers on complex projects. Demonstrates sound judgment in issue resolution and escalation. Comfortable working across multiple systems, applications, and business processes.AI, Automation, and Innovation

Passionate about AI, automation, and low-code technologies. Experience or interest in moving AI and automation proofs of concept into production-ready solutions. Understanding of prompt engineering, AI solution design, automation architecture, and governance. Ability to optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. Experience integrating AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, and business workflows. Desirable Skills

Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Azure integration services, and GitHub. Programming experience with React, Vue, Python, or similar technologies. Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, analytics platforms, or data lakes. Experience supporting enterprise applications, automated testing, monitoring, and application lifecycle management.
