Customs Release Data Analyst

If you know anyone who might be perfect for the job, have them send their resume to:humanresources.ph@jorilogistics.comDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service Pre-entry requirements, review documents and prioritize workload- Ensure customer profiles are updated and current for assigned accounts- Compile and prepare commercial regulatory documents such as customs invoices, certificates of origin, and cargo-control documents for entry processing- Help create Customs forms and obtain Customs release of shipments

REQUIRED SKILLS- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills- Experience with MS Word/word processing, MS Excel/spreadsheets, Windows, e-mail and various PC based software- Ability to complete tasks in an effective and efficient manner- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment- Detail-oriented and with high keying accuracy- Deductive reasoning and critical problem-solving skill- Fluent English both written and conversational- High accuracy and attention to detail- Minimum of 6 months experience in customs/import-export operations- Bachelor's degree required

NICE TO HAVE- Cargowise knowledge/experience is an asset- Preferably a licensed customs broker
