HR Recruiter

About the Role: We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist with 1 year of experience in a Corporate or BPO setting to handle end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing to onboarding—and assist with employee offboarding. This is a full-time, day shift, onsite role based in Eastwood, Quezon City. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offers, and onboarding. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely fulfillment of client and internal requirements. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers. Support offboarding by assisting with clearance and exit documentation. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field is preferred but not required.1 year of recruitment experience in a Corporate or BPO environment. Strong communication, comprehension, coordination, and organizational skills. Familiar with both recruitment and off boarding processes. Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City.
