UI/UX Developer (Open for Fresh Graduates)

The UI/UX Developer designs intuitive and consistent user experiences for Nexbit Tech PH’s web and mobile products, supporting both internal and client-facing applications. The role covers the end-to-end design process—from research and wireframing to visual design, prototyping, and developer handoff—while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.
• Translate research into user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile.
• Maintain Nexbit’s visual standards, design system, component library, and style guide.
• Provide clear design specifications and handoffs to developers.
• Review implemented features to ensure alignment with approved designs and identify UI inconsistencies.
• Apply accessibility standards and usability best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, mobile developers, and QA throughout the development lifecycle.
• Present design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders and clients when needed.
• Deliver quick design concepts or sample screens for urgent business and stakeholder requirements.
• Implement minor UI updates using HTML/CSS or basic React when practical.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years of UI/UX, product design, or related experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end web and/or mobile design work.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Figma; knowledge of Sketch or Adobe XD is a plus.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, and design systems.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS; basic React/Next.js is a plus.
• Familiarity with WCAG/accessibility standards and cross-device design.
• Familiarity with Git is a plus.

• Strong organization and ability to meet sprint and delivery deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for both web and mobile using a shared design system.
• Experience presenting designs to clients or external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with usability and analytics tools such as Hotjar or Full

• Exposure to hospitality, operations, or ERP-style platforms.
