Sales Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:The Sales Officer is responsible for assisting inquiries with their title transfer questions and converting them into valued clients. The idea is that he / she will be the bridge towards forging a working relationship between the client who wants to avail of the title transfer service and the company.COMPANY BENEFITS:Sales Incentives/Commission (starting from Php15,000 to Php40,000/month ON TOP OF BASIC PAY)HMOQUALIFICATIONS:Candidate must at least graduate of a 4-year course. Real Estate Background is an advantage. Preferably at least with 1 year experience in Sales

Must demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, attention to detail, efficiency, and flexibility.RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
• Present, promote, and offer services to prospective customers
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Coordinate with marketing and other departments to improve sales strategies
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
