ONSITE Preschool Teacher

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, promoting their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities and play-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum
• Facilitate play-based learning experiences that promote exploration and creativity
• Establish a positive and supportive classroom environment
• Observe and document children’s development and progress
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth and classroom activities
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Collaborate with co-teachers and school administrators
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions
• Ensure children’s safety and well-being at all times

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
• State certification or accreditation as required.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
