About the role
Job Scope
The HR Assistant is responsible for supporting the company's human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, HR administration, and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
Source qualified candidates through various recruitment platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Prepare job offers and facilitate pre-employment requirements. Maintain recruitment databases and applicant records. Onboarding & Employee Relations
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation. Ensure completion of new hire requirements. Address employee concerns and provide HR guidance. Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.HR Administration
Maintain employee 201 files and HR records. Process employment documents such as contracts, memos, and certifications. Monitor attendance, leave requests, and employee movements. Ensure confidentiality of employee information. Performance Management
Assist in performance evaluation activities. Monitor employee probationary periods and regularization. Coordinate employee development and training programs. Labor Law Compliance
Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws. Assist in disciplinary actions and documentation. Support HR audits and government compliance requirements. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course. At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience using HRIS or ERP systems is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Can work independently and handle confidential information with integrity. Preferred Skills
