We are looking for highly motivated students who want hands-on experience in financial services, recruitment, sales support, marketing, and client engagement. This internship is ideal for students taking Financial Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related courses.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support

• Assist in sourcing potential candidates through social media and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening and scheduling of interviews.
• Maintain applicant databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support recruitment events, career talks, and webinars.

Client Engagement & Customer Service

• Assist in client follow-ups and appointment confirmations.
• Help prepare client presentation materials.
• Support customer service and policy review activities.
• Organize and update client records.

Marketing & Business Development

• Create social media content and promotional materials.
• Assist in event planning and execution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Help generate leads and manage prospect databases.

Administrative Support

• Prepare reports and presentations.
• Manage documentation and filing systems.
• Support daily office operations and projects.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Financial Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related courses.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva is a plus.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
