About the role
Sales Executive to lead B2B revenue generation for a re-branded hotel with commercial space. You will be out in the field hunting for corporate accounts, government blocks, and long-term stays. Operating a lean, efficient team, this role requires a closer ready to take ownership of the property's direct revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
Identify and secure new corporate partnerships, travel agencies, and government accounts to drive steady weekday occupancy. Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan to grow bookings for the hotel's events spaces and facilities year over year. Negotiate and close volume group bookings to maximize floor utilization and operational efficiency. Conduct daily sales calls, host site inspections, and hold client meetings to build a solid, recurring revenue pipeline. Work directly with ownership to bypass OTA commissions and drive direct, high-yield bookings. Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and business partners to uncover new opportunities. Design and pitch creative promotional packages tailored to different guest segments and occasions. Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to build brand visibility. Track sales performance and market trends, and adjust strategies to meet and exceed targets. Collaborate with other departments (events, F&B, front office) to ensure smooth execution of bookings and packages.
About you
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of aggressive B2B sales experience (hospitality, corporate travel). Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Creative, target-driven, and comfortable working with sales goals and KPIs. Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects at once. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus. Willingness to travel locally and attend events outside regular hours when needed.A proven, verifiable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue quotas. An existing, active network of local business contacts, corporate HRs, Local Government Units (LGUs), and event organizers. Experience managing a sales pipeline from cold lead to closed contract.
