What Sales Support Administration contributes to Cardinal Health

Sales Support Administration is responsible for customer maintenance and support, sales quotas, and/or order fulfillment and adjustments.

Job Summary

Presource Is the kitting division of Cardinal Health. Kits provide efficiencies to our customers; they are able to pull a kit that includes everything needed for a procedure vs pulling individual components off the shelf. Kits maybe used in or outside of the operating room depending on the type of kit that is being built. Accountabilities: Quoting out Presource packs based on sales rep/customer request. This may include quoting out a new pack or making changes to an existing pack. Most if not all communication will be with the sales rep, not the customer (hospital)

Focus on best cost, high volume components. Ensuring quotes meet quality and regulatory guidelines. Works through a variety of requests that require additional training – Government, Canada quotes, Dressing change organizers, PRCs. Ability to critically think through requests that are out of the norm. Working with cross-functional teams. Reviews and ensures rebates are accounted

Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in any field. At least 2 years substantial work experience in stakeholder management in a Business Process Outsourcing organization

• Advanced customer service, problem solving and analytical skills is highly required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office products
• Can start in November
