What is the job? The Ramp-Experienced Accountant – Financial Operations is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, including account reconciliations, accounts payable processing, transactional accounting activities, reporting support, and financial data management. Responsibilities:

• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies across multiple accounts.
• Support daily accounting and transactional activities under the Accounting Manager’s direction.
• Process AP invoices, vendor payments, and manage the AP mailbox.
• Review and process employee reimbursements and travel & expense transactions.
• Maintain accounting records in QuickBooks Enterprise and prepare Excel-based reports.
• Support month-end close, financial reporting, data analysis, and accounting process improvements. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience and proficiency with Ramp software.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot

Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis functions.
