About the role

The HR Business Partner for HR Operations, Payroll, Rewards & Benefits is responsible for the overall management and governance of HR operational services, ensuring accurate, timely, compliant, and efficient delivery of payroll, timekeeping, employee benefits, rewards and recognition, and related HR services. The role oversees HR operational processes and controls, coordinates with internal and external service providers, ensures compliance with applicable labor and company requirements, and provides management with accurate workforce and HR operational information. The role also serves as the primary management point for outsourced HR services and ensures that HR operations consistently support employee needs and organizational requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of HR operational services and establish and maintain appropriate HR operational processes, controls, and service standards
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee-related transactions and monitor operational issues to implement corrective actions
  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll releases
  • Review and validate payroll inputs, adjustments, deductions, and other employee compensation data
  • Oversee timekeeping and attendance processes and controls and coordinate payroll requirements with Finance and Accounting
  • Investigate and resolve escalated payroll and timekeeping concerns
  • Manage compensation administration and employee salary-related processes, including salary adjustments, promotions, and allowances
  • Develop and maintain appropriate rewards and recognition programs and monitor internal consistency of compensation practices
  • Oversee administration of employee benefits and benefit providers, monitor benefit enrollment and utilization, and manage employee wellness programs

Ensure HR operational processes comply with company policies and applicable labor and statutory requirements and establish appropriate controls for payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and employee records

About you

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum of four (4) to five (5) years of relevant HR experience
  • At least three (3) years of experience in payroll, compensation and benefits, HR operations, or related functions
  • Supervisory or managerial

experience required

Proven knowledge in payroll management, compensation & benefits administration, HR operations management, timekeeping systems, HRIS, data analysis and reporting, budget and cost management, vendor management, and process improvement
