Sales & Partner Relationship Staff Assistant

Job role

• Strengthening partnerships with CARD MRI, operations teams, and internal stakeholders
• Supporting sales initiatives, including promo design, implementation, and monitoring
• Analyzing sales performance data and preparing reports for management decision-making
• Coordinating with field units and participating in area and field-related activities, as needed
• Qualifications*Minimum of 2-3years relevant work experience in corporate or insurance organization
• Strong sales and marketing support skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Customer-oriented and collaborative team player
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Background in microinsurance or microfinance is an advantage
• Must have experience in Traditional Insurance (Non-Life)
• Familiarity with underwriting, claims processing, or policy administration
• Background in motor, property, or casualty insurance is preferred
• Must have skills

Knowledge of insurance or microinsurance operations, Strong communication and coordination skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Strong attention to detail. Good to have skills

Experience in microfinance or insurance industry, Knowledge of claims processing or policy administration, Experience in reporting and data analysis, Presentation and facilitation skills.
