About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our pipeline through effective digital campaigns, SEO, market research, and lead generation.

You will work closely with Business Development & Pre-Sales to reach the right audiences, generate qualified leads, and turn marketing activities into measurable business opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
• Manage paid ads, email marketing, SEO, and other digital channels.
• Generate and track qualified B2B leads.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Improve website traffic, visibility, and conversions.
• Work with Business Development on target markets and lead requirements.
• Track campaign performance, cost per lead, conversions, and ROI.
• Maintain accurate lead and campaign information in the CRM.
• Prepare marketing performance reports and recommendations.
• Continuously improve campaigns based on data and results.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with digital campaigns, SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics, CRM, or marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in B2B, IT, SaaS, CRM, ERP, or business software is an advantage.
