One role, full growth ownership — Google Ads + Meta Ads + SEO combined. Drive qualified leads, scale campaigns, and grow our brand across every major digital channel.WHAT YOU’LL OWNGoogle Ads — Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube; end-to-end build, optimise & scale
- Meta Ads — Facebook & Instagram; audience strategy, creative testing, conversion tracking
- SEO & Organic — on-page/technical audits, keyword strategy, content optimisation, ranking growth
- Performance & Impact — track KPIs, report insights, collaborate with Sales/Content teams, hit lead & revenue targets
WHAT YOU BRING
- 1–3 years hands-on SEO & paid advertising experience
- Proficient: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Search Console
- Familiar: Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, SEMrush/Ahrefs, CRM tools
- Strong copywriting, analysis, reporting & organisation skills
- Google/Meta certifications = strong advantage
- Results-driven — works independently & collaborates well
