Work closely with the Finance Team led by our Financial Controller to deliver on the team calendar and priorities. Manage the day-to-day AP and AR transactions, Accounts mailbox and undertake other various finance tasks. Prepare reconciliations for banking, AP and AR, investigating and resolving variances. Support the broader Project Team with accounts queries, finance procedures and the use of our finance software. Build knowledge of our business and be an active part of the whole team. Provide varied support to the Finance Controller and CFO.Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role - experience within the Construction/Trade/Property Industry preferred but not essential. Hands-on AP and AR processing experience along with a good understanding of financial processes and basic accounting. Experience operating industry-based accounting systems/ERPs – experience in Jobpac or similar system highly regarded. Intermediate computer skills, especially with Excel. Well organised and able to close out tasks efficiently. Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of staff, suppliers and clients.---About Micro
