Private Tutor

Villbrosis Realty Inc. is seeking a dedicated Private Tutor to join our education and training division. This is a full-time position based in North Caloocan, Metro Manila. As a Private Tutor, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalised educational support to students, helping them achieve their academic goals and develop a genuine love of learning. This position is essential to our commitment to providing high-quality, individualised tutoring services that make a meaningful difference in our students' educational journey.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions tailored to each student's learning style, pace and individual needs
• Assess students' current academic level and identify areas requiring improvement or additional support
• Develop personalised lesson plans aligned with curriculum requirements and student learning objectives
• Deliver engaging and interactive tutoring sessions across a range of subjects and academic levels
• Monitor student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies to ensure continuous improvement
• Maintain detailed records of student performance, attendance and academic milestones
• Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding academic progress and learning recommendations
• Prepare appropriate learning materials, resources and assessments to support tutoring sessions
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student confidence and engagement
• Support students in exam preparation and help develop effective study techniques

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Education, a subject discipline or related field
• Proven experience as a tutor, teaching assistant or in a similar educational support role
