Full job description

The role will be responsible for handling the preparation and processing of purchase orders, source goods and services, and ensure that all orders are completed accurately, fully, and on schedule. In addition, the Purchasing Associate will coordinate with external suppliers and manage canvassing for materials and other items required to support various school services.

• Must have a bachelor's degree in any 4-year course
• Must be willing to do fieldwork
• Must have a good communication and negotiation skills
• Must have a keen observation of details
• Must be organized and output-driven
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
