Data Entry VA (Site-Mapping)

• Schedule: 10 PM - 2 AM PH TIMEResponsibilities
• Transfer customer and facility data from one software platform to another
• Copy, paste, and organize large amounts of information accurately
• Create new customer facilities within the software
• Enter facility names, addresses, buildings, unit types, and other required details
• Enter and verify storage unit numbers, sizes, dimensions, rates, and descriptions
• Build visual site maps that reflect each customer's physical facility layout
• Drag, arrange, group, and rotate storage units into their correct map positions
• Follow provided floor plans, property maps, screenshots, and customer instructions
• Review completed data and site maps for accuracy and completeness
• Identify missing, duplicated, or inconsistent information
• Correct data-entry and mapping errors before submitting completed work
• Maintain organized records and provide regular progress updates
• Follow documented procedures and protect confidential customer information

Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry, data migration, administrative support, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to interpret basic floor plans, diagrams, or property layouts
• Comfortable learning and navigating unfamiliar software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality
• Good written English and the ability to follow detailed instructions
• Reliable internet connection and computer
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with self-storage, property management, site mapping, or software implementation is an advantage but not required
