Sales and Marketing Support Specialist

Job description: The Sales and Marketing specialist supports KOI Mortgages in expanding its broker network, generating qualified leads, and maintaining strong relationships with Australian mortgage brokers. The role combines outbound prospecting, CRM management, marketing support, and client coordination, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities for the Principal Broker. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting weekly and monthly KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to Australian mortgage brokers and introduce our client. Add and verify new contacts in the CRMBook qualified meetings for the Principal Broker
• Support marketing campaigns (EDMs, social media posts)
• Assist in preparing Indicative Term Sheets (ITS)Maintain accurate CRM records and weekly reports

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement. Experience in AU mortgage, real estate, or financial services is an advantage but not required. Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Comfortable with outbound calling and client-facing conversations. Proficient in CRM tools (Apollo experience is a plus). Highly organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
