COMPANY NURSE - Night Shift

The Company Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive medical and occupational health services to employees, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being within the workplace. The role involves providing immediate medical assistance, managing the company clinic, maintaining accurate medical records, coordinating pre-employment and annual medical examinations, and supporting the implementation of workplace health and safety programs. The Company Nurse will also work closely with the HR, Operations, and Safety teams in addressing employee health concerns, workplace incidents, medical emergencies, and occupational health requirements, particularly in a night shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic nursing care to employees who become ill or sustain injuries while at work
• Assess employees' health complaints and determine appropriate intervention, including referral to a physician or medical facility when necessary
• Assist employees during medical emergencies and coordinate emergency response or hospital referrals when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper inventory of the company clinic, first aid box and medical supplies
• Assist in implementing the company's occupational health and safety programs and participate in workplace health and safety inspections
• Coordinate with accredited clinics and medical providers for pre-employment medical examinations and monitor completion of medical examination results
• Maintain organized and confidential records of employees' medical examinations and health-related documents
• Conduct health awareness activities, seminars, and campaigns for employees and support company wellness programs
• Prepare regular reports regarding clinic consultations, medical incidents, accidents, referrals, and other health-related activities
• Provide administrative support to the HR & Admin Department as needed, including filing, scanning, encoding, document organization, and data entry

About you

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Philippine nursing license
• Preferably with experience as a Company Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse, or similar role
• Experience in a BPO, call center, shared services, or other fast-paced corporate environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of occupational health and workplace safety practices
• Basic knowledge of DOLE occupational safety and health requirements is preferredBLS/First Aid certification is an advantage
• Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to work on night shifts, weekends, and holidays when required by business operations
