Job Summary:_ We are seeking an experienced Finance, Accounting & Treasury Manager to oversee the company's financial planning, accounting operations, and treasury management. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, healthy liquidity, and sound financial decision-making to support our financing/lending operations.

Key Responsibilities

Finance

• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses
• Analyze loan portfolio performance, yields, and profitability
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CFO
• Assist in fundraising, bank facility negotiations, and investor reporting

Accounting

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate books of accounts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure proper loan accounting, including interest income recognition and loan loss provisioning
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulators (SEC, PFA, etc)
• Supervise accounts payable, receivable/collections, and payroll functions
• Policy development and system enhancement

Treasury

• Manage daily cash positions to ensure sufficient funds for loan disbursements and operations
• Monitor and manage relationships with banks and funding partners
• Oversee liquidity planning and cash flow forecasting
• Monitor compliance with loan covenants on company borrowings
• Perform bank reconciliations and oversee collection/disbursement accounts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is a strong plus
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and/or treasury, preferably in a lending, financing, or banking institution
• Solid understanding of loan accounting, credit risk, and regulatory requirements for financing companies
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel
• High attention to detail with strong integrity and ethical standards
• Strong communication skills; able to present financial information to finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Experience managing bank relationships and cash management is an advantage
