NOTE: This work requires hybrid setup (minimum 2days/week in the office) for the first 3 months

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React (Frontend) and Node.js (Backend)
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to deliver robust and scalable features
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
• Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the full technology stack
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and best practices
• Integrate applications with APIs and third-party services

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (or similar role), ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Solid experience with Node.js, Express, or equivalent backend frameworks
• Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
• Proficient in using Git and version control best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
