Sales Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the company’s client base.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Account Management
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Order Fulfillment Oversight
• Monitor and ensure accurate processing and timely delivery of sales orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and expectations. Telesales and Marketing Activities
• Conduct calling campaigns to generate leads and follow up on prospects.
• Represent the company during onsite visits to client locations.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives and promotions. Reporting and Administration
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, sales metrics, and activity logs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
