Human Resources Head

About the role: The Head of Human Resources leads and oversees the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring alignment between people strategies and overall business objectives. Key responsibilities: Strategic Partnership

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Provide guidance and expertise on HR matters to drive organization effectiveness

Performance Management and Productivity

• Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and conduct performance reviews
• Implement strategies to drive employee motivation and enhance productivity

Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

Partner with Department Managers to identify current and future talent requirements, ensuring workforce plans are aligned with business objectives and operational demands

Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, ensuring timely hiring while maintaining quality-of-hire standards

Employee Relations

• Lead and manage employee disciplinary cases, investigations, and administrative hearings in compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns with confidentiality and fairness
• Coordinate with company legal counsel on labor cases, litigation support, and required documentation

Compensation and Benefits Administration

• Administer and monitor compensation and benefits implementation based on approved company policies
• Ensure accurate payroll data coordination and verification of salary-related adjustments
• Oversee statutory contributions and ensure timely payment of government remittances through EGov platform

HR Metrics and Analysis

• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Make data-driven recommendations to drive HR initiatives and enhance organizational performance
