Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who takes full ownership of execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at Spacey's gold standard quality, from turnover to installation. Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects from turnover to completion
• Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and progress tracking
• Coordinate with clients, designers, estimators, purchasing, and production teams
• Ensure materials, manpower,

• s, and site readiness are aligned before execution
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
• Proactively identify and resolve risks, delays, and on-site issues
• Ensure timely updates, reporting, and accurate documentation
• Manage client communication and ensure satisfaction
• Complete project closeout including handover and documentation
• About you3–5 years experience in project management or similar role
• Experience in events, activations, fit-outs, construction, or fabrication (preferred)
• Strong understanding of timelines, production processes, and site execution
• Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
