Technical support Specialist

Responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of the company’s IT systems, equipment, and network devices. The position also handles CCTV installation, configuration, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for hardware, software, computers, and network issues. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain CCTV systems. Perform basic network setup and troubleshooting. Conduct preventive maintenance of IT equipment and systems. Assist employees with technical concerns and provide necessary support. Maintain records of IT equipment and technical issues. Coordinate with suppliers or service providers when needed. Perform other IT-related duties assigned by management. Qualifications: Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or a related course. With experience in technical support and CCTV installation. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and CCTV systems. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to travel or conduct fieldwork when required.
