IT SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related concerns. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, servers, and other IT equipment. Monitor and maintain company networks, internet connections, and IT systems. Set up user accounts, email accounts, computers, and access permissions. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems promptly. Install and update operating systems, applications, antivirus software, and security patches. Perform regular data backups and assist with data recovery when necessary. Maintain IT equipment, inventory, licenses, and technical documentation. Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security policies and procedures. Monitor system performance and identify potential technical issues. Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and service providers when required. Assist with system upgrades, installations, and technology projects. Provide basic training and guidance to employees on the proper use of IT systems and applications. Ensure compliance with company IT policies, data security standards, and procedures. Perform other IT-related duties assigned by management.
