Full job description

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, orders, and service-related issues
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
• Record and update customer information in the system/database
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Follow up on customer concerns to ensure resolution and satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
• Perform basic administrative and reporting tasks as needed

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred
• College level with relevant experience may also be considered

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles is preferred
• Experience in logistics, automotive, or technical service industries is an advantage but not required

Skills and Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service–oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of social media management or content posting is an advantage
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per hour
