Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Collaboration with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and efficiency is a key part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality. - Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases to support ongoing application management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Automation Testing. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies specific to Salesforce environments. - Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure application quality. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes to support agile development. - Ability to analyze test results and work closely with development teams to resolve defects efficiently. - Knowledge of Salesforce platform features and APIs to enhance automation capabilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Automation Testing. - This position is based at our Manila office.
