Sales & Customer Relations Specialist
Department: Operations
- Reports To: Operations & Business Development Manager / President
- Employment Status: Full-Time
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads and promote premium pawning services
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with VIP clients
- Coordinate appointments and ensure personalized service
- Guide clients through loan applications, documentation, and redemption
- Monitor loan accounts, renewals, and
schedule
sMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with KYC/AML policies
About you
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field2–3 years' experience in sales, customer service, or financial services (luxury retail/jewelry preferred)
- Strong communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills
- Professional, discreet, and client focused
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage
