Information Systems and Technology Unit Head

The Information Systems and Technology Unit Head is responsible for overseeing and managing the Company's information technology infrastructure, systems, applications, databases, and cybersecurity measures to ensure the efficient, secure, and reliable delivery of information technology services and operations. The position likewise leads digital transformation, process automation, system enhancement, and data protection initiatives, and provides strategic and operational support in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Company's technology solutions and business systems.

Key responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of digital transformation, process automation, and workflow enhancement initiatives across all departments. Identify opportunities to leverage technology, dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to drive operational efficiency and decision-making. Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive IT policies, procedures, standards, and internal controls. Oversee and optimize the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, software applications, and enterprise tools (e.g., ERP and collaboration platforms). Ensure maximum system availability, reliability, and performance across all business applications and databases. Manage data integrity, routine system backups, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity protocols. Establish, manage, and monitor robust cybersecurity measures, access controls, and data protection frameworks to safeguard company assets. Conduct regular system assessments and ensure compliance with security standards and data privacy requirements. Manage relationships, service level agreements (SLAs), and deliverables with external IT vendors, software developers, and system contractors. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, software management, cybersecurity, or digital operations. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience. Sound technical proficiency in systems administration, network engineering, database management, and information security. Capability to drive enterprise automation, process improvements, and digital transformation projects. Practical knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, cloud services, and collaboration software. Ability to formulate IT governance policies, security baselines, and disaster recovery plans. Proficiency in vendor management, contract administration, and IT asset/license compliance. Professional IT certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, PMP, ITIL, Comp

TIA Security+, Microsoft, AWS). Prior experience in the real estate development sector is preferred.
