About the role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR/Admin Manager to lead the company's Human Resources and Administrative functions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role is responsible for the full spectrum of HR operations—from talent acquisition and employee relations to compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, and organizational development—while also overseeing administrative operations that support the business.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the company's business objectives
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and employee integration
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary cases, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and investigations with fairness and professionalism
- Oversee performance management processes, including performance reviews, coaching, and performance improvement plans
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination, employee incentives, and government-mandated

- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficient office management
- Prepare and present HR, administration, and workforce reports to management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on workforce planning, organizational development, succession planning, and talent management
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR and Administrative team while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
About you
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience handling all major HR functions, including recruitment and talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, training and development, organizational development, HR policy development, and labor law compliance
Strong working knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and government compliance
