Your Day-to-Day
Qualifications: Minimum of High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) , SHS Graduate or higher (College Level or College Graduate) .Freshers are welcome to apply. Customer Service experience is advantage. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience. Handle retail account transactions, documentation, and updates accurately and efficiently. Assist customers with product information, billing concerns, and account-related requests. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on pending concerns. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and service-level agreements. Demonstrate proficiency in communication, both verbal and written in English .Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with retail account procedures. Be willing to work onsite at IT Park, Cebu City.
