Junior Accountant (Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Accountant to support our finance team. This role will focus on accounts payable, financial reporting support, and responding to client accounting inquiries. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple accounting functions.

Key responsibilities

Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner

Manage payment

schedule

• s and ensure timely disbursements
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized and up-to-date AP records
• Accept payment transactions on QBOAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
• Collaborate with senior accounting staff on closing processes
• Respond to client or tenant inquiries related to accounting, balances, and transactions
• Provide clear and professional explanations of financial information

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAPExperience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical skills
• Preferred: Experience working in a client-facing accounting role
• Preferred: Familiarity with financial reporting processes
