Account Specific Roles & Responsibilities: Process and maintain accounts payable transactions, including invoices, payments, and expense documentation. Perform transactional accounting activities and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions. Review invoices and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper coding. Perform bank, account, and balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Assist with cash management activities and monitoring of cash transactions. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare and maintain accounting

s, reports, and supporting documentation. Research and resolve discrepancies in accounts and transactions. Maintain accurate and organized financial records in accordance with accounting procedures. Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding accounting and AP-related concerns. Assist with other accounting-related tasks and special projects as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 3 years work experience in Accounting (AP/AR/Bookkeeping). Proficiency in using MS Excel (Formulas)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
