Sr Software Engineer (ORMB/OUAF)

ORMB and OUAF Experience: 5+ Hands on experience in Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) or Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) OUAF Framework, ORMB 5.0 or higher, in an implementation project. ASO (Administrative Services Only, or Self-Funded) or Fully Insured

Experience in product functional areas such as Rating, Billing Payments & Collections, General Ledger; Nice to have: TFM & Pricing module knowledge; Can understand business functionality well; Must have done at least 1-2 full cycle implementation projects in ORMB/CC&B or any other OUAF products; Must have hands on experience on both : OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework) config tools and OUAF JAVA; Can reverse engineer existing application and understand functionality for debugging purposes; Experience on complex 4 GL scripting (Service Scripts, BPA scripts, Plugin Scripts), Config tools; Experience in writing complex database queries for data verification; Responsibilities include: Translate Business capabilities/ Technical design into smaller units (stories) - Refinement; Implement ORMB specific configuration and advanced setup around the ORMB process areas; Convert Technical Design specifications into high quality working code; Develop custom algorithms in Java for ORMB applications; Prepare unit test plan and unit test cases; Perform unit testing of programs according to defined process using the unit test plan and unit test cases; Provide documentation of developed programs; Provide support during internal system testing phases

Technical Skillset: 5+ years Software Development Experience, Java, Web Services, Weblogic 12.3, Linux, AIX, Microservices, Oracle database 19C, SQL, PL-SQL, ORMB Database, DevOps, Bamboo, BitBucket; Billing, Financial Services, Common Pricing, Accounting, Payment, Delinquency Functions; Healthcare domain a plus; OUAF SDK (Eclipse SDK with OUAF / ORMB Specific Libraries on ORMB Data Model); APIs / Threading / Change Handlers / Business Objects Lifecycle / UI Maintenance Patterns / Design Patterns; ORMB Base Process Flows for Specific Modules; OUAF Specific UI, Script Development and Advanced Configuration; Core Java EE / JavaScript, Oracle Database, WebLogic; Linux, AIX, Strong Software Development Practices, CI/CD, Automation

• Qualifications:5+ years of ORMB 5.0+ or CC&B experience within the OUAF Framework
• At least 1 full-cycle ORMB/CC&B implementation project
• Strong Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and Oracle Database skills
• Hands-on experience with OUAF configuration and customization
• Experience in Billing, Payments, Collections, General Ledger, and ASO (Administrative Services Only/Self funded) or Fully Insured environments
