Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in outsourced accounting, public accounting, or a multi-client accounting environment

• Hands-on experience using QuickBooks and/or Sage Intacct
• Strong General Ledger accounting experience, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and month-end close activities
• Hands-on experience processing both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions
• Proven experience managing accounting responsibilities for multiple clients or accounts simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail with consistent follow-through and timely completion of deliverables
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent customer service, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering accurate, high-quality work

Responsibilities

• Reconcile bank statements
• Enter and pay accounts payable invoices
• Prepare and send customer invoices
• Prepare standard and non-standard journal entries
• Review, analyze, and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly client financial reports within specified deadlines
• Support Senior Accountants, Accounting Managers, and Controllers with recurring tasks and special projects
• Perform other duties as required
