Basic understanding of medicines, product packaging, device components, or storage

• Strong communication skills for guiding callers in describing product‑related problems
• Good attention to detail when documenting product information
• Familiarity with pharma, consumer health, or quality handling environments is an advantage
• Contact center or customer‑facing experience is beneficial. Flexibility to work shifting
