About the role
The Multimedia Artist (2D) for Events is responsible for developing high-quality visual materials that bring event concepts to life. Working closely with Creative Writers, Creative Leads, and Project Teams, the artist translates creative ideas into compelling key visuals, stage graphics, presentation designs, and event collaterals. This role requires strong design judgment, creativity, and attention to detail to ensure visual consistency across all event touchpoints. The 2D Multimedia Artist combines artistic skill with technical proficiency to deliver visually engaging outputs that align with brand standards, event themes, and production requirements.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute key visuals based on approved event concepts and creative direction. Design event-related materials, including stage and LED screen graphics, presentation templates and slide designs, program visuals and on-screen content (static or animated), and event collaterals (signages, backdrops, invitations, social media materials, digital assets). Adapt and resize artworks across multiple formats and screen ratios for print, digital, and large-scale production. Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all event materials. Prepare production-ready files following technical specifications for print, LED, and projection. Collaborate closely with Accounts and Production to meet design requirements and timelines. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to events and experiential design. Organize and maintain proper file management and version control for all creative assets.
About you
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field. At least 2–3 years of professional experience in producing multimedia content. Must have done various projects requiring a wide-range skill in creating multimedia content. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus). Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy. Ability to design for large-format applications such as LED walls, stage backdrops, and environmental graphics. Strong creative thinking and attention to detail. Good understanding of print production and digital output requirements. Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
