IT SUPERVISOR

This role encompasses comprehensive IT infrastructure management, technical support, and supervisory responsibilities. You will manage workstation setup and configuration, provide multi-channel technical support, maintain network and system performance, oversee hardware and software management, drive process improvements, implement security protocols, and supervise IT support staff.

Key responsibilities

• Set up computers and peripheral devices (monitors, keyboards, printers, etc.)Install and configure software and hardware based on company standards
• Create and manage user accounts (Windows and Barter systems) with correct access rights
• Provide onsite, remote, and phone-based technical support
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues
• Monitor system and network performance regularly
• Maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks
• Implement and manage network security protocols
• Manage software licenses and ensure compliance
• Supervise and monitor IT Support staff and their daily tasks

About you

• Ability to provide clear instructions to non-technical users
• Experience with Windows systems and account management
• Knowledge of network maintenance and security protocols
• Experience with hardware repair and replacement
• Ability to respond promptly to IT support tickets and requests
• Experience with system diagnostics and compatibility checks
• Knowledge of software licensing and compliance
• Supervisory experience with IT personnel
