About the role
Solicit new deposit and loan accounts in accordance with the guidelines stated in the product manual. Ensure that timely actions are initiated to collect payment from DepEd.
Key responsibilities
- Market the bank's products and services on DepEd teacher's salary loan
- Receive and pre-screen loan applications; review documentation and regularize deficiencies, if any
- Conduct teacher's orientation
- Evaluate take home pay of loan applicants
- Present loan applications before the DepEd Loans Head
- Ascertain the completeness of loan documents e.g. notice of appointment, payslip, etc. Conduct daily review of collection efficiency
- Follow up delayed payment from DepEd (RPSID)
