Senior CloudOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Cloud

Ops Engineer to manage, optimize, and support mission-critical cloud infrastructure across multi-cloud environments. This senior-level role is ideal for an experienced Cloud

Ops or DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Linux-based environments, and Kubernetes. You will collaborate with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) partners and cross-functional teams to maintain system reliability, enhance security, improve performance, and drive operational excellence. We prioritize hands-on experience with the required technology stack over overall years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize multi-cloud environments, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with SRE partners and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Serve as an escalation point for technical support, leading investigations, troubleshooting, and systems administration. Implement and maintain DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure automation. Support and manage Kubernetes-based deployments and Linux environments. Contribute to process documentation, operational reporting, data analysis, and automation initiatives. Recommend and implement solutions to improve infrastructure reliability and operational efficiency. Serve as a subject matter expert in cloud platforms and services, contributing to operational strategies and technical decisions. Lead engineering projects and initiatives that drive technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS.Hands-on experience with at least one additional public cloud platform, such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Alibaba Cloud. Strong hands-on experience in a Linux-based environment. Practical experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Kubernetes workloads. Proven experience implementing DevOps and CI/CD practices across public, private, or hybrid cloud infrastructures. Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, GitLab, GitHub, Artifactory, Jenkins, Team

City, or Spinnaker. Experience in technical customer support, infrastructure operations, systems administration, and troubleshooting. Preferred

Qualifications

Cloud infrastructure design and architecture experience.AWS or other relevant cloud certifications. Experience leading engineering projects, automation initiatives, or operational improvement programs. Non-Negotiable Technical

Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate practical, hands-on experience in all three core technologies:AWS – Cloud infrastructure management, operations, and troubleshooting. Linux – System administration, troubleshooting, and operational support. Kubernetes – Deployment, management, and troubleshooting of containerized workloads.
