Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding utility services, billing, and account concerns.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
• Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Document customer interactions accurately in company systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• For College Graduates: At least 1 year of BPO experience
• For 2nd-Year Undergraduate candidates: At least 4 years of BPO experience
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and navigation skills.
• Willing to work full onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
• Willing to work on a day shift schedule.
• Can start immediately.
