About the role
We are conducting high-volume hiring for Customer Service Representatives. This role involves communicating confidently in English, understanding customer concerns, and providing professional and effective support in a fast-paced BPO environment. Key responsibilities
- Provide professional and effective customer support
- Understand and address customer concerns
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English, both written and verbal
- Multitask and adapt quickly to different processes
- Navigate modern systems and technology
About you
At least 1 year of BPO experience from any line of business (Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, Billing, Collections, Travel, Telco, Retail, or other BPO account)
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good listening and comprehension skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and system navigation skills
- Able to multitask and adapt quickly to different processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work full onsite in Makati
- Available to work the 9:00 PM–5:00 AM shift
