Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriente Bookkeeper for a full-time, on-site role located in Paranaque City.

The Bookkeeper will oversee daily accounting operations, ensure the accuracy of financial records, and supervise the accounting team.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring journal entries, maintaining the integrity of accounting records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with finance and accounting standards.

The Bookkeeper will also analyze financial data, provide recommendations, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the company’s overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and review daily accounting activities
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Monitor and approve journal entries and account reconciliations
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records
• Implement and maintain accounting controls and procedures
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and related tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Leadership ability and experience managing a team
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
